Referral must be a NEW client with Blake Electric, Inc.. Referrals currently in communication with Blake Electric, Inc. Energy consultants and/or employees do not constitute a new referral. The referral fee is paid upon a signed contract and down payment being received. Blake Electric, Inc. management retains the right to review and Approval/Denial of Referral program submission.
Submission of a W-9 must be completed prior to contract signing and can be emailed to info@blakeelectricinc.com or mailed to Blake Electric, Inc., 3 West Main, Waukon, Iowa 52172. The IRS W-9 form is available here: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf
Referral Amount
Up to 20 kW DC = $250.00 | 20.01 to 50 kW DC = $500.00 | 50.01 to 100 kW DC= $1,000.00
